BizzNEST offers a paid, one-year Career Accelerator Program for young adults ages 18 to 24, with General Associate and Senior Associate opportunities. General Associates work 15 to 20 hours per week at $17.00 per hour, while Senior Associates work 20 to 25 hours per week at $20.00 per hour. Both roles provide training, mentorship, feedback, professional development, career coaching, and California paid sick leave. Positions are temporary, part-time, and require in-person participation at a Digital NEST center; available career paths include digital marketing, video marketing, visual UX/UI design, graphic design, software development, and several internal teams.
