EMCO Corporation is hiring a Management Trainee for a four-phase, 36–48-month program that rotates through warehouse and customer service, customer relationships and procurement, account management and proactive sales, and leadership and operations. The trainee will own projects, manage accounts, build customer relationships, and prepare to lead a team and run a profit centre. The program may require relocation within Canada, offers relocation assistance, and provides a salary of $52,500 plus profit sharing. Start dates are September–December 2026, with opportunities in British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan.
