Virtus is seeking a paid, full-time Future Virti Program intern in Kansas City for the summer of 2027, with work scheduled between June and July 2027. The intern will learn insurance operations and business platforms, support vertical specializations and agency business, complete special projects, develop presentations, network with senior leaders, and participate in training, mentorship, and professional development activities. Applicants should be junior-year college students majoring in Business Administration or a related field, with strong organizational, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and Microsoft Excel skills.
