Futu US Inc. is hiring a Futures Operations Manager to oversee U.S. futures clearing and settlement operations, including margin and collateral management, reconciliation, regulatory compliance, risk controls, process improvement, systems coordination, client and counterparty liaison work, and team leadership. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field, at least eight years of relevant futures clearing or back-office experience, knowledge of U.S. futures markets and clearing systems, strong analytical and leadership skills, Microsoft Excel proficiency, and a FINRA Series 3 license or the ability to obtain it within 3–6 months. The position is based in Jersey City, New Jersey or Dallas, Texas, or may be fully remote, with a stated base salary of $125,000–$155,000 plus discretionary bonus eligibility.
