Description
Futu US Inc. is hiring a Futures Operations Manager to oversee U.S. futures clearing and settlement operations from Jersey City, Dallas, or remotely. The role manages daily trade clearing and settlement, margin and collateral, reconciliations, regulatory compliance, operational risk, process improvements, systems, counterparties, and a clearing operations team. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field; at least 8 years of futures clearing, trade settlement, or back-office operations experience at an FCM, exchange, or clearing firm; knowledge of U.S. futures markets and clearing processes; relevant systems and regulatory expertise; leadership and analytical skills; and FINRA Series 3 or the ability to obtain it within 3–6 months. The salary range is $125,000–$155,000 per year, with medical benefits, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, bonuses, and other professional development benefits.
