The role oversees post-trade processing, settlement, reconciliations, operational controls, regulatory operations, product launches, vendor coordination, and scalable client-service workflows. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 8 years of experience in brokerage, trading, derivatives, settlement, clearing, or back-office operations. The position offers a base salary of $125,000 to $165,000, medical benefits, a 401(k) employer contribution, paid time off, and performance-based bonuses.
