Description
Citi is hiring a full-time FX Risk Lead Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain Java microservices for a new FX risk valuation platform. The role focuses on Apache Ignite in-memory data grids, real-time data ingestion and processing with Apache Kafka or Solace, MongoDB and Oracle data models, cloud-hosted Linux environments, containerization, CI/CD, performance tuning, code reviews, and production support. Candidates need strong Core Java, JVM optimization, distributed systems, in-memory caching, database, messaging, Linux, and cloud experience, along with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. The position is based in Citi London with a hybrid model of up to two days working from home per week.
