Qualcomm Canada ULC is hiring a Physical Mixed Layout Engineer Intern for its 2027 internship class in Toronto, Canada. The intern will collaborate with senior engineers on physical mixed-signal integrated-circuit layouts, including floorplanning, placement, routing, EDA-tool design and verification, design reviews, and troubleshooting layout issues. The role requires semiconductor fundamentals, familiarity with layout tools such as Cadence Virtuoso or Synopsys IC Compiler, and academic experience with programming languages; PCB and FPGA experience and CMOS coursework are preferred. The internship runs from May/June 2027 through August/September 2028, with a stated pay range of $54,600 to $103,350 and housing stipend support.
