Parallel is hiring a G&A Recruiting Manager to own full-cycle recruiting across finance, legal, operations, and marketing. The role partners with hiring managers and founders, defines role scope, builds interview processes, sources and closes senior candidates, develops recruiting systems, and reports pipeline and hiring velocity to leadership.
