Description
RH is seeking a Gallery Facilities Leader to lead and coordinate facility maintenance and housekeeping activities, oversee building and grounds systems, maintain a safe work environment, interview and train maintenance associates, support capital-expenditure forecasting and contract negotiations, monitor budgets, and arrange specialized contractor services. The role requires at least five years of maintenance leadership experience, hands-on material-handling equipment repair experience, team-management and problem-solving skills, Excel proficiency, RF-system familiarity, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
