RH is seeking a Gallery Leader to lead and develop associates across all business functions in a luxury home furnishings gallery. The role focuses on delivering exceptional internal and external service, coaching teams, driving sales, managing expenses, attracting and retaining talent, representing the RH luxury brand, analyzing business performance, implementing strategies and initiatives, and overseeing risk management, physical security, cash controls, inventory, and audits. Candidates need 10+ years of leadership experience in high-end furnishings, design showrooms, luxury retail, or a similar field; interior design experience is preferred.
