Description
The Galvanizing Line Operator operates and maintains an automated zinc and chrome galvanizing line for embossing tools. Responsibilities include preparing and loading the galvanizing system, performing daily process checks and weekly bath analysis, maintaining chemical levels, servicing equipment, troubleshooting minor machine issues, and supporting the CNC operator during the late shift. The role requires technical or industrial trade training, strong hands-on skills, shift availability, and a precise working style; prior production-machine experience is desirable but not required.
