Description
The Game Development Project Manager will analyze project requirements, prepare plans, assess risks, manage project deadlines and quality, and lead large teams of programmers, artists, game designers, QA, and other specialists. The role coordinates stakeholders and clients, manages team capacity and communications, tracks performance, supports career development, and contributes to hiring. It requires experience across game development project phases, external-client collaboration, prioritization, delegation, risk management, and fluent English, with a native Korean speaker and availability to overlap European working hours.
