The Escape Game is hiring a Game Guide for its new Pier Park Center location, which was not open at the time of posting but was expected to open in early June 2026. The role is non-exempt and hourly, with up to 30–35 hours per week primarily on nights, weekends, and holidays. The Game Guide leads guests through immersive escape rooms, provides hospitality and game introductions, resolves service issues, operates game software and HMI, resets and cleans games, restocks inventory, completes reports, and supports team operations. The role requires flexible availability, physical activity, basic technology skills, strong communication, decision-making, creative problem solving, and alignment with TEG uniform standards.
