Description
The Massachusetts Gaming Commission is building a pipeline of candidates for potential future Gaming Agent I positions in its Gaming Agent Division at Encore Boston Harbor Casino. Reporting to Supervising Gaming Agents, the role monitors casino operations, revenue, records, internal controls, gaming activity, and regulatory compliance; conducts investigations; prepares detailed reports; collaborates with law enforcement; addresses patron complaints; and may testify in hearings or court. The position requires either a high school diploma or equivalent plus three years of office or casino experience, a bachelor's degree, or equivalent education and experience. Assigned shifts may be day, swing, or night schedules with rotating or fixed days off.
