Description
The Gaming Operations Supervisor oversees gaming-floor attendants and gaming operations, including compliance with New York State Lottery regulations, audits, slot and electronic table-game monitoring, financial and voucher-system support, shift management, guest-service resolution, incident documentation, and employee performance and disciplinary matters. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, five years of related gaming experience, knowledge of gaming regulations and internal controls, casino-management-system proficiency, and a New York State Key License; flexible scheduling, leadership, communication, and physical work in a casino environment are also required.
