Description
GlobalFoundries is seeking a GaN Compact Device Modeling Engineer for its Power product line India Site. The role leads compact modeling of GaN devices, including model extraction, test-chip planning, characterization test plans, test structures and layouts, and collaboration with device, measurement, technology development, and design teams. The engineer will analyze semiconductor device data, debug device and measurement issues, and support PDK and customer interactions for power GaN technologies. Required qualifications include an M.S. or Ph.D. in semiconductor devices, 6+ years of experience with an M.S. or 3–5 years with a Ph.D. in the power semiconductor domain, GaN device knowledge, S-parameter and model-extraction-tool expertise, statistical data analysis, and English fluency.
