Description
The GaN Layout Tape-Out Support Engineer supports end-to-end tape-out execution for Gallium Nitride technologies, including PCM and reticle layout development, DRC and mask-data validation, mask data generation and signoff, MEBES checks, tape-out scheduling, mask ordering, and vendor coordination. The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant technical field, proficiency with Cadence and Calibre, Unix/Linux experience, Japanese language proficiency, and strong English communication skills. The position follows a hybrid model with two remote work days per week and office collaboration on Tuesdays through Thursdays.
