Texas Instruments is hiring a Diffusion Process Engineer to support manufacturing operations and new process development in a ramping-fab environment. The role focuses on improving manufacturing procedures, yields, machine operations, quality, and cost-competitive thermal-process strategies, while leading root-cause investigations, data analysis, and problem resolution. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or science field and two years of experience as a Diffusion Process Engineer; semiconductor process experience, GaN-on-Si knowledge, process-control systems expertise, and strong analytical and communication skills are preferred.
