Description
Texas Instruments is hiring a GaN Process Integration Engineer to support SMFAB and drive integration and development of existing and future GaN technology nodes. The role involves process and device improvements, characterization, test, design of experiments, data analysis, simulation, parametric Cpk improvements, root-cause analysis, product-flow development, test-chip development, and cross-functional leadership across technology, process, product, quality, reliability, packaging, and manufacturing teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or semiconductor physics field and at least two years of GaN or compound-semiconductor process-integration and device experience.
