Description
The Ganger will lead a small team of operatives delivering civil engineering and utility projects across East Anglia, the East Midlands, and South Lincolnshire. The role coordinates daily site activities, labour, plant, materials, traffic management, subcontractors, documentation, safety procedures, risk assessments, and team development while ensuring work meets client specifications, programme requirements, and quality standards. Essential qualifications include a full UK driving licence, SSSTS, Emergency First Aid at Work, EUSR Water Hygiene, NRSWA, Confined Spaces, and CPCS or NPORS Plant Operator; temporary works supervision, civil or utility project leadership, and infrastructure construction knowledge are desirable.
