The Land Development Officer will support a Development Manager in identifying land opportunities, developing new real estate projects, conducting feasibility studies, negotiating land purchases, preparing financial assessments, coordinating with technical and commercial departments, and managing projects through administrative permit reviews. The role is a full-time internship contract in Issy-les-Moulineaux, France, and requires a higher-education qualification in real estate, finance, or management, along with curiosity, persistence, communication, interpersonal, commercial, and CSR awareness skills.
