Description
Summit Orthopedics is seeking full-time gap-year students for an Orthopedic Clinical Assistant (OCA) program based in the Twin Cities. The role provides clinical support in orthopedic outpatient or urgent-care settings, including patient rooming, medical history taking, examination preparation, casting and splinting, durable medical equipment fitting, patient education, follow-up scheduling, prescription refills, record management, and administrative paperwork. The position is primarily supportive of a physician team or float setting, follows a Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–4:00 PM schedule subject to change, and may require coverage at outreach sites. Compensation is $22.70 to $28.38 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, paid time off, and retirement benefits.
