Description
The Fleet Coordinator manages the in-house garage, schedules repairs and maintenance, coordinates urgent breakdown assistance, and maintains records of vehicle and machinery damage, repairs, and costs. The role also liaises with drivers, mechanics, construction sites, and administration, manages and motivates a team of technicians, and contributes process improvements. It requires a bachelor's degree in logistics or technology or equivalent experience, prior technical or logistics-administrative experience, fluent Dutch and English, knowledge of French is a plus, and a category B driving licence. The position involves continuous-operations 12-hour shifts.
