Description
The Cold Food Associate prepares, portions, and assembles cold food items for in-flight and corporate catering according to recipes, airline specifications, and presentation standards. The role follows HACCP and food-safety requirements, maintains production logs and inventory, cleans and sanitizes equipment, and supports timely order fulfillment in a refrigerated kitchen environment. The position reports to the Production Supervisor – Cold Food and works rotating shifts, including 1:30 PM to 9:00 PM and 3:00 AM to 11:30 AM, with pay of $15.00 per hour.
