Sheridan Nurseries is hiring a permanent full-time Garden Supply Sales Supervisor for its Mississauga Southdown Rd. location. The role focuses on overseeing the Garden Supply department, ordering products, maintaining high department standards, leading and coaching sales associates, achieving sales targets, and actively selling garden supply products and related tie-in items to guests. The position is customer-facing and requires strong product knowledge across garden, lawn care, soils, stone, tools, fountains, statuary, water products, planters, birding, and pond products.
