Description
The Grounds Maintenance Associate monitors and maintains hotel property grounds, including fountains, planters, flower beds, lawns, trees, shrubs, irrigation systems, trash, and equipment. The role involves planting and replacing vegetation, trimming and pruning, mowing, raking, operating utility vehicles, cleaning and refueling equipment, and following safety and company procedures. A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent and at least one year of related work experience are preferred, while a valid driver’s license is required.
