Description
LaBella Associates is hiring an entry-to-mid-level Gas Designer for its gas group in Bedford, New Hampshire. The role is primarily CAD-based and involves producing 2D and 3D construction drawings for gas infrastructure projects, including main and service replacements, system improvements, pressure upgrades, extensions, bridge crossings, regulator stations, and horizontal directional drilling. The designer will use AutoCAD Plant 3D and Civil 3D, conduct peer review and QA/QC, perform limited field scanning and data collection, and manage multiple projects within budgets. An associate or bachelor's degree in civil or mechanical engineering, architecture, or a related design field is requested, while direct industry experience is not required. A valid driver's license, safe driving history, communication and organizational skills, physical ability to carry 10 pounds over difficult terrain, and ability to pass a client background check are required.
