Description
Eversource is hiring one regular Gas Distribution Engineer to plan, design, schedule, and oversee engineering assignments for gas distribution, pressure-regulating systems, regulator stations, telemetry, uprates, distribution mains, and culvert crossings. The role includes site layouts, procurement, permitting, construction coordination, compliance oversight, documentation, and emergency restoration support, with field observations and travel between Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire. A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a closely related field and at least three years of related experience are required; engineering design and gas experience are preferred. The position offers an annual salary of $100,490 to $111,660 and is eligible for a potential incentive.
