Description
DNV Energy Systems North America is hiring a Gas Generation Power Senior Engineer Subject Matter Expert to serve as the thermal technical lead across advisory engagements involving gas turbines, steam turbines, boilers, reciprocating engines, emerging thermal technologies, and balance-of-plant systems. The role evaluates plant design, condition, performance, reliability, maintenance, contracts, and lifecycle risk for M&A, independent engineering, and owner’s engineering assignments, translating technical findings into decision-grade advice for developers, owners, lenders, and investors. The position is based at DNV Advisory offices in Austin, Houston, Dallas, San Diego, Oakland, Seattle, Portland, or Medford, with a hybrid schedule of approximately three days per week at a DNV office or client location/site, and requires travel of up to approximately 15%.
