Gastro Health is hiring a hybrid gastroenterologist in Pembroke Pines, Florida, to split time between a 486-bed community hospital and an established private practice. The role includes inpatient care, clinic continuity, and opportunities for procedures at an ASC, with a 12-working-days-in-each-21-day-rotation schedule and approximately 17 scheduled weeks off annually. Compensation includes a $500,000 guaranteed base salary plus productivity bonus potential, along with signing bonus, relocation assistance, malpractice coverage, retirement benefits, and medical, dental, vision, and FSA options.
