The Gastroenterology Endoscopy Assistant supports gastroenterology procedures by assisting with endoscope insertion and advancement under medical supervision, supporting colonoscopies, preparing and caring for patients, reprocessing and maintaining medical devices, and managing documentation and appointments. The role requires relevant medical training, gastroenterology experience, and familiarity with hygiene standards and endoscopy equipment; experience advancing the endoscope is advantageous.
