Georgia-Pacific is hiring a Gatekeeper – Pulp (Maintenance Operations Coordinator) to support the Muskogee Mill. The role coordinates maintenance, reliability, operations, and engineering activities; manages maintenance backlogs and work planning; drives reliability improvements; oversees maintenance finances and performance development; and leads mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, safety, environmental, and team-development initiatives. Candidates need manufacturing or industrial mentoring experience, precision maintenance experience, relevant equipment knowledge, and work-prioritization experience; a bachelor’s degree, CMMS experience, and industry experience are preferred.
