Description
UPS is hiring a Preferred Account Customer Service Representative to provide one-to-one customer service for UPS Preferred accounts. The role analyzes and resolves account issues, tracing and claim inquiries, and maintains ownership of customer situations through resolution, including follow-ups and outbound calls. The representative will also build relationships with internal functions such as Billing, Delivery Information, and Operations. A high school diploma, GED, or international equivalent and strong communication and problem-solving skills are required; previous customer service experience is preferred.
