FAO is hiring a GCF Concept Note Specialist to lead the development of a full Green Climate Fund Concept Note for a priority agrifood project in Zambia. The role involves preparing the project concept, theory of change, results framework, financing structure, budget, and safeguards; coordinating technical consultations and stakeholder validation; and supporting submission and follow-up with the GCF Secretariat. Candidates must have an advanced university degree in a relevant field, at least 10 years of climate finance and project design experience, English at level C, and Zambian nationality or a valid work permit.
