Takeda is hiring a GSQ Global Capability Model Implementation Lead in Bengaluru to own enterprise-wide implementation leadership for the GSQ Global Capability Model across priority functions, processes, and locations. The role converts strategy into implementation plans, deployment waves, governance, and delivery milestones; coordinates cross-functional stakeholders; manages transition readiness, risk, escalation, and adoption; and tracks value realization.
