Shield AI is hiring a GCS / Communications Systems Engineer to lead the development, integration, and validation of ground control station and communication architectures for advanced military aircraft and autonomous systems. The role covers system behaviors, operational workflows, RF and satellite communications, datalinks, networking, encryption, interface definitions, link budgets, and flight and operational testing. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree, at least five years of communications or military aerospace integration experience, and familiarity with GCS architectures, datalinks, networking, and airborne communication systems.
