Description
Newmont is hiring an Analyst, Sourcing Services to support global supplier decisions by preparing supplier information, assessing risks, managing supplier relationships, reconciling performance data, supporting process and system improvements, and assisting with audits and data quality. The role is based in the Global Delivery Center in Costa Rica, follows a day-shift schedule, and is intended to be hybrid, beginning on-site while establishing the foundation. Candidates should have a technical qualification or degree in a relevant field, 2–4 years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience, ERP/SAP and Microsoft Office proficiency, and knowledge of P2P processes, supplier performance metrics, and regulatory compliance.
