The role involves four job rotations across multidisciplinary engineering teams, hands-on technical projects, classroom and project-based training, mentorship, and leadership development. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or a related discipline), strong mathematical and analytical abilities, English and Spanish communication skills, and the legal right to work in Mexico; visa sponsorship is not offered.
