Encode, Inc. is hiring an Experienced Field Service Representative (FSR) to support the KC-46 program at JBMDL. The role serves as the primary customer interface for parts support, order validation, supply issue resolution, delivery scheduling, inventory discrepancies, shipping and receiving, and supply performance reporting. It requires at least three years of supply chain, logistics, or inventory management experience, logistics-system experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance. The position is 100% onsite, may require flexible shifts and travel, and may involve deployment in support of DoD contingency operations.
