Description
The Gemini App Personalization Engineer will design, prototype, and build scalable user-facing personalization features across the Gemini App stack. The role also involves analyzing user feedback and logs, identifying quality issues, improving personalization through fine-tuning or prompting, developing automated and human-in-the-loop evaluation techniques, and contributing to a data flywheel for continuous improvement. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, five years of software development experience, five years of Python or C++ programming experience, and experience with software products, machine learning, large language models, and deep learning.
