Capco is hiring a Gen AI Engineer in Bangalore to design, develop, and deliver generative AI and agentic AI use cases for financial-services clients. The role partners with cross-functional teams to translate opportunities into scalable AI solutions, establish data and AI governance, and ensure data quality, security, model risk controls, and responsible AI practices. Required qualifications include generative AI expertise with LLM, OCR, and RAG experience, Python proficiency, and hands-on experience with machine learning, natural language processing, deep learning, model evaluation, and MLOps fundamentals.
