Ignitis Group is hiring a GenAI/AI Developer to design, build, deploy, and optimize GenAI agents and AI/ML automation solutions for digital customer and employee experiences. The role involves fine-tuning and monitoring LLMs, working with large datasets in cloud environments, developing Python-based data pipelines and models, and leading rapid prototyping, MVPs, and pilot projects. Candidates need at least one year of GenAI experience, hands-on LLM/GenAI experience, strong Python skills, and fluency in Lithuanian.
