Arbitration Forums is hiring a full-time GenAI and Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, optimize, test, and govern generative and agentic AI solutions. The role focuses on prompt engineering, large language models, RAG, agentic workflows, automation, observability, explainability, data governance, security, and compliance. It requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field and at least seven years of experience in NLP, GenAI, LLMs, RAG, data governance, data science, or a related role. The position is fully remote and requires reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace.
