Roland Berger is hiring a GenAI Consulting Intern to work with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and Consultants on client-facing and internal projects. The role involves designing and implementing scalable generative AI solutions, including multimodal agentic systems, LLM and small language model development, fine-tuning, knowledge graphs, data integration, and model deployment on Azure, AWS, or GCP. The intern will also support C-level strategy consulting, translate technical findings into actionable insights, and present to stakeholders and clients. The position requires a relevant degree, Python proficiency, GenAI and RAG experience, and strong communication skills.
