Description
The GenAI Engineering Lead/Manager will lead and directly manage AI engineers while remaining hands-on with GenAI architecture, prototyping, implementation, and technical decision-making. The role owns the GenAI engineering roadmap, evaluates models and platforms, ensures responsible AI and security practices, and partners with Engineering, Creative, Product, Data, and studio teams to build reusable AI capabilities and drive adoption across playSTUDIOS. The position requires at least six years of software engineering experience, strong Python and Generative AI expertise, and at least two years of direct people management.
