Description
Citi Belfast is hiring a hands-on engineering lead to provide technical leadership while remaining close to the code. The role leads enterprise-scale full-stack applications, software architecture, cloud-native platforms, developer platforms, DevSecOps, and engineering standards; partners with technology and business stakeholders; and mentors engineering managers, principal engineers, and senior engineers. Candidates should have experience leading software engineering organisations, coding in modern languages such as Python, Go, TypeScript, JavaScript, or React, delivering AI-enabled solutions, and building scalable cloud-native systems. The position is full time with a hybrid model of up to two days working from home per week.
