Description
Skai is hiring a GenAI Technical Lead to drive the rapid execution of its Agents Studio platform during the live Beta phase. The role leads a pod of 2–3 engineers, translates customer and market feedback into production-grade agentic solutions, manages AI toolchains and LLM frameworks, establishes technical guardrails, and mentors engineering teams. The position requires 5+ years of senior or lead backend or full-stack experience, production AI and agent experience, cloud and microservices expertise, and cross-functional leadership.
