Description
Morgan Stanley is hiring a GenAI Test Manager for its HR AI Model Validation team to lead end-to-end testing and regression cycles for agent-based and workflow-driven AI tools, coordinate cross-functional testing activities, maintain testing frameworks and evaluation criteria, support release-readiness decisions, and align practices with global risk, governance, product, and engineering teams. The role requires at least five years of experience testing complex or evolving systems, strong coordination across global stakeholders, and familiarity with GenAI behaviors, prompt variability, agent frameworks, or evaluation methodologies.
