Krystal Biotech Japan is hiring a Gene Therapy Consultant (GTC) for its newly established sales organization. The role focuses on developing territory and account plans, educating healthcare professionals about gene therapy products, opening accounts, building relationships with key opinion leaders and customers, maintaining compliant communications, managing CRM and promotional resources, and supporting territory performance. Candidates must have a university or bachelor’s degree or higher, at least seven years of pharmaceutical sales experience, at least three years of rare-disease sales experience, proven success in securing new drug adoption at universities and key hospitals, strong communication and relationship-building skills, Certified Medical Representative qualification, and a valid driver’s license; dermatology experience is desired.
